This started with her own properties. Not with clients.
Not a course. Not a certification. A working system built out of necessity and tested on real properties and real companies before a single client was ever taken on.
How this started

Theresia Kurnadi founded Fibonacci Bookkeeping after years of managing projects, properties, and her own businesses.
She's a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience in project management and construction administration. She's also been a real estate investor since 2015. Out of necessity, she started keeping the books for her own real estate projects and entities.
What she didn't expect was that she'd actually enjoy it.
She got good at it. Really good at it. And while most people around her avoided the books, fell behind, or dreaded the catch-up, Theresia found herself enjoying the part other people wanted to hand off.
Eventually, she stopped keeping it to herself.
Your business is real. You're growing. The books aren't keeping up with it.
It's 9pm and you're still trying to figure out where last month's transactions belong. Or you're current, but if someone asked which property, which job, or which client is actually making you money, the answer comes from memory, not from your books.
You're capable everywhere else. This is the one place the numbers don't match what you've built.
At Fibonacci Bookkeeping, your books get organized around how your business actually operates: by property, by job, by entity, by category. Not a generic chart of accounts. Structure that tells you something.
Today, Fibonacci Bookkeeping works with real estate investors, small business owners, contractors, trades, and design firms who have reached the point where they'd rather review clean numbers than produce them.
This is not a volume service. We take on a limited number of clients so the work stays close, the details don't get lost, and the books stay clean.
